Prospective parents and children are encouraged to visit the school during term time to see the school in action and to meet staff and children.

Early registration is advised. However, vacancies can occur at any stage, so please feel free to ring the school for more up-to-date information.

General Terms and Condition
Although all effort will be made to notify parents, please note that the School reserves the right to change the Admissions procedure without notice at any time.
Parents are also advised that they should keep any current school informed of any intended move to Emberhurst and must observe their regulations regarding the giving of due notice.
The information on this site is not part of any agreement between parents and the School. Although correct at the time of publication, certain statements may go out of date from time to time. Parents wishing to place specific reliance upon any statement in the web pages should seek written confirmation before accepting an offer of a place.
Registration Form
To register your child please complete all sections and click on the submit button. All fields marked with * are mandatory fields.
Privacy Note the details you provide to Emberhurst School will only be used to contact you regarding your enquiry. We will not provide these details to any third parties.
Fees and Terms
Fees are inclusive of all tuition, books, stationery, games.
To register their child, Parents complete the Registration Form, returning it to the school with £50 registration fee. This is non-refundable. Parents will receive a formal offer. A deposit will be required to secure the place. This is refunded once the child leaves Emberhurst.
Deposit - On acceptance of a definite place at Emberhurst, a deposit of £200 is required.
Extras are limited to expenses such as:
- Outings, visits, expeditions etc. at cost.
- Individual musical instrument lessons
- Swimming
- Milk
Notice of a complete term is required before a pupil is removed from the School. If written notice is not received at the School on or before the first day of term, the applicable fee for the subsequent term will become payable on or before the first day of that subsequent term.
